The accommodation provided at the Cal Rossa Rural House in Taús was created with passive construction criteria in mind and using sustainable energy sources, thus making it as environmentally friendly as possible for its natural surroundings. You will experience staying in accommodation that generates more energy than it consumes with a carbon footprint close to 0.
The Cal Rossa project aims to recover and highlight the natural, cultural and ethnological heritage of the village of Taús, with a view to attracting tourists to the area. The population of the village, home to over 300 people less than a century ago, can now be counted on two hands.
